In 2017 in association with The Royal Marines Charity the REORG Jiu-Jitsu Foundation launched. It’s a non-profit organization. REORG’s mission is to provide a way for serving personnel and veterans to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. BJJ would be a part of their recovery pathway and to fight the challenge of mental health and physical disabilities.
It’s known fact that Jiu-Jitsu can improve both physical and mental health so together with learning techniques and developing skills practitioners gain confidence and sense of achievement as they improve over time. The thing that helps with the improvement of practitioners in Jiu-Jitsu is also a grading belt system.
Earlier this month, Tom Hardy was officially named the Head Ambassador for the REORG and he accepted the function.
Here is an important announcement by REORG and Royal Marines Jiu-Jitsu.
