Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art combat system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It’s based on system that BJJ practitioner can weigh less and be less stronger and still be pretty relaxed while defeating any lower belt or anyone who doesn’t practice BJJ.
Michal Sopor: In this video we can see a friendly challenge with my friend Kamil. His goal is to immobilize me and my goal is to submit him. We both will test our abilities and have fun with the challenge. I have been training for almost a year so lets see how my skill can leverage the 44 lbs weight difference!
