Baby Bridge – Where the head goes, the body follows, and the eyes lead wherever the head goes. Believe it or not, this is how I first got the idea for the Baby Bridge.
Baby lack the necessary muscles and they have to use the most economic way to turn themselves around. Jiu-Jitsu is minimal effort, maximal efficiency so we always have to mimic natural body motion.
The same trick I use here to make my daughter turn around, I also use those whenever I teach my students. By guiding their eyes.
