Renzo Gracie was recently in the UAE for some seminars and promo work. He showed his infamous ‘Plastic Bag Choke’ to over 250 black belts during a seminar.
It’s called plastic bag because it mimics choking someone with a plastic bag over their head. He uses a reverse Ezekiel.
